Service Request Agreement

Purpose

This agreement protects both clients and providers when a service request is submitted through the CommunitiWorks network.

By submitting a request, you confirm that:

   Accurate Details

   All information you provide including service needs, timing, and any photos or files is true, complete, and lawful.

   Privacy & Contact

   Your personal contact details remain hidden until you accept a provider. You consent to essential email updates about this request in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. 3.

   Referral Codes

   Referral codes are optional. If you choose to use one, including your own, you confirm the code is valid and understand that a referral fee will be distributed accordingly upon job completion and payment.
