Provider Promotions & Advertising

Purpose

This acknowledgement keeps marketing offers transparent and trustworthy within the CommunitiWorks network.

When you submit promotional offers through the client notification form, you confirm that:

   Truth in Advertising

   All discounts, deals, or promotions are accurate and comply with applicable advertising laws.

2. 2.

   No Preferential Treatment

   Posting a promotion does not guarantee client acceptance or special placement by the Network.

3. 3.

   Respectful Content

   Offers are professional and free from misleading or inappropriate claims.

4. 4.

   No Off-Platform Solicitation

   Promotions may not be used to solicit clients to transact outside the Network. Doing so violates the Terms of Service and may result in suspension or removal.
