Construction
of new school building in Shaheed Nagar
Construction on new school building begun on 10th July
2006. The ongoing expansion of the school is to accommodate
a waiting list of 120 children. |

- The School and the Training Centre would benefit from new desktop machines as well as educational software such as English/ Hindi or Maths learning software.
- In order to meet the needs of the youth from the community and enhance their skills and their employability, the Vocational Training Centre would benefit from software such as typing aids, design/layout packages and accounting kits.
- The accounting software package would also help the women from the production center and grocery store.
- Finally, we hope to set up a Cyber Café as part of the Vocational Training Centre. The café would be run by the cooperative and provide a service to the community: the plan includes 10 computers, 2 Printers and 1 UPS Unit for backup purposes during power cuts.
